1. What is the company mission?
2. How is your team contributing to the mission?
3. How does the work you’re doing today contribute to the mission?

These questions not only gauge alignment but also foster a deeper understanding of purpose and direction within the organization. Without clear answers to these questions, employees may lack direction, motivation, and a sense of ownership over their work.

Emphasizing the importance of communication from top to bottom, leaders must ensure that every member of the organization understands and aligns with the company’s mission.
