As we move forward in this fast-paced world, technology has taken over many of our daily tasks, which has led to questions about the need for human workers. These changes have their issues, and it’s crucial to acknowledge them.

If we rely entirely on automated systems, the result is disastrous when these systems fail, as the loss of crucial skills will become apparent.

The solution lies in finding a balance between automation and human involvement. Highly skilled and attentive individuals should not be replaced by machines, as they are irreplaceable.

Although productivity is crucial, it should not come at the expense of losing valuable human skills. Therefore, it’s essential to ensure that human workers take over periodically to maintain their skill set.

As we continue to advance technologically, we must embrace the idea of coexisting with machines. Rather than fearing automation, we should aim to use it to our advantage and leverage our unique human expertise to complement it.

As the wisdom goes, it takes a goldsmith to know gold.
